Bought this through COSTCO, this is a sturdy product, goes together easily, very sturdy, and fits perfect in our laundry room. Any reviews that you see where people say it is not steady or it collapsed did not know how to put it together. Hint for when you are putting the handles through the loops in the bag, I found that putting the hook up will make it easy to put in through the loop and then place bag on rod with hook facing down.
