"Purchased to replace a plastic laundry room sink. It’s absolutely beautiful. Had it for a couple weeks before I had a chance to install it myself. Pretty straightforward and there’s also the bilt app which makes it even easier for installation The previous plastic sink had the drain in the rear, this stainless has it in the middle. This sink is well-made sink and is deep enough to accommodate a big bucket. It has a clean & simple appearance. The pull out faucet makes it easier to rinse the sides of the sink. Our plumber had to make an adaption to hook up the drain to our existing pipe by adding more pipe. Ordering was easy and delivery was speedy. Suggestions: 1) There is a small amount of wiggle at the base of the faucet where it meets the sink that should be more secure. 2) The shipping box is large & wide and should have cut outs for hands so it can be lifted more easily.
It would have been helpful to know how far below the top of the sink to place the wall support. Also a reminder to level the sink before installing the wall support. I had to run a bead of caulk around the top and edges of the back splash the sink to stabilize it.
Great utility sink!
This is an exceptional utility sink for the price. My only problem was the drain is forward more than the replacement sink so I needed to buy a 12" chrome wall pipe on Amazon. No local hardware store sells a pipe more than 7". Once I purchased the new pipe, the installation was perfect. My suggestion is I would like to purchase a stainless mat for the base of the tub that fits the space with the drain hole in the center. Maybe Trinity can offer this as an accessory.
