This product comes with (6) 4’ x 1’ PVC panels – each one 100% fully recyclable. (Heavy duty AND environmentally friendly? Score!). The grooved top and bottom edges of the interlocking panels are what allow each board to nest seamlessly into the other for one cohesive display. This durable slatwall system can accommodate up to 75 lb per square foot – 1,800 lb for the entire slatwall display. To support claimed weight capacity, the PVC slatwall panels must be installed on wall studs that are a maximum of 16� apart and must be mounted on at least three studs.
This organizational system comes with multiple slatwall accessories: A large mesh bag and 18 heavy-duty hooks. These hooks come in various sizes and are equipped with a spring clip � a patent-pending feature that ensures secure placement of not only the hook itself, but also your item(s). Additionally, the spring clip’s easy-release function allows you to rearrange and reconfigure your slatwall display with ease without damaging your panels or valuables.

"These are what I had been hoping for. We were reorganizing the garage, and it was long past time to get tools out of the bins and drawers. I asked at the local hardware store and they suggested a slat wall. Note that the slats are PVC. They are easy to scratch (and gouge with a drill, etc.) during installation. The instructions recommend two people to put them up. This is good advice, but really, one person can manage on their own. The hooks are plenty strong, and the wall is stable (as long as they are anchored into studs). We put up hand tools on one wall and hung electric yard tools on another. We used two to hang the ladder, not because we had to, but we really thought that would be safer over the long term. One downside: We thought we might put some wire mesh baskets or shelves up on them. People sell them, but it wouldn't take many to cost more than we paid for this set." - Review posted on Costco.com
