We here at TRINITY can relate. We may be experts at clearing the clutter and simplifying our homes. But we admit we haven’t quite found a solution for simplifying our holiday shopping list …. until this year.

What’s RENEW?

We’ll start at the very beginning. You may know that TRINITY believes strongly in environmental stewardship, and we’re always looking for ways to make positive impacts. When we learned that 1.5 billion single-use bamboo chopsticks are discarded around the globe every week (!), we knew there had to be something there.

The result is our sister company, RENEW by TRINITY, which exclusively focuses on products made from 100% upcycled chopsticks. Yes, those exact things you used to pick up a noodle last month could be exactly what we use to make our eye-catching furniture and items for food prep, entertaining and home décor.

At our Chop Shop facility in North Texas, we go through a detailed process to sort, sanitize, press and sand chopsticks discarded at restaurants in the U.S. and Canada. Which brings us back to holiday gift-giving. Do you have a foodie to buy for? Someone passionate about environmental responsibility? Maybe a young adult starting out on their own, or someone who seems to have everything already.
