How much does shipping cost? - Click to open

Standard ground shipping is free to all 48 contiguous states. If you are shipping to AK, HI, or PR, or any other non-contiguous state please contact Customer Service (800) 985-5506 to place your order. 

Freight shipping methods via LTL for items such as workbenches or tool chests are not available for orders shipping to AK, HI, or PR.


When will my order ship? - Click to open
Standard ground shipping orders will ship within 1-2 business days from order date as long as it is in stock.

Freight shipping (workbenches, tool chests, etc.) takes 1-5 business days to ship. Please note that a Customer Service Representative will contact you before shipping so that we can confirm your shipping information. Until we have received confirmation from you, we will not be able to ship your product. Please see our LTL Delivery instructions.

Packages do not ship from our facilities on the following holidays:

Standard ground shipping is approximately 3–7 business days via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

Freight shipping is approximately 3-10 business days via an LTL carrier. All residential deliveries will require a delivery appointment scheduled ahead of time with the carrier.
Where will my orders ship? - Click to open
Standard ground shipping and expedited shipments will ship via FedEx. FedEx will not be able to deliver to PO Boxes. If your order is shipping to a PO Box, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you for an alternate delivery address.

Freight shipping (workbenches, tool chests, etc.) will have a curbside delivery only. The recipient will be contacted by the LTL carrier to schedule a delivery appointment and must be present at time of delivery to receive the product.

Please note that we do not currently stock all items in Canada so please check item availability with the Customer Service representative when placing your order.

Returns

What is your return policy? - Click to open

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. 

To begin a non-LTL ite return:
  • Log into your TRINITY account on www.trinityii.com .
  • Select the order you'd like to return.
  • Click the "Return" button and follow the guided steps. Please note that returns must be requested within 30 days and include a reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will automatically receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure the item is shipped back in its original packaging.

How long does it take for me to get a refurnd? - Click to open

Once your returned item is received, it will take 2-3 business days to inspect your return, and process and complete your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for your credit to post to your account.

TRINITY Outlet

What is the difference between TRINITY Outlet vs the rest of the website? - Click to open

The TRINITY Outlet only sells Open Box items. These items are sold at a discount compared to the brand new retail of the same item.

What is an 'Open Box' item? - Click to open

An Open Box item is TRINITY inspected and certified. It may include minor cosmetic damage or slight signs of use, but it will have all original parts/accessories needed to assemble the product fully.

The Open Box units may ship in the original packaging but should assemble and function like our new products.

Any signs of damage on the product will be merely cosmetic and will not impede the function or performance of the item.

Do you charge sales taxes? - Click to open

TRINITY collects tax on orders shipped to specific states. Any applicable tax based on your delivery address will be calculated on your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Please note that this shipment will arrive on a pallet and will be a Curbside Delivery ONLY.
  • NOT onto your driveway.

We suggest you have a hand truck, furniture dolly and/or another person there to assist in receiving this shipment as it is quite heavy.

Once the shipment arrives at the closest terminal, our trucking company will get in touch with your contact person to arrange for the delivery time and date.

When your curbside deliver arrives:
1. Inspect the product fully by walking around the pallet to ensure there are no signs of damage.
2. If there is visible damage, cut the black straps and lift the box to do a closer inspection.
3. If there is damage to the wood top or the frame, do NOT accept the shipment.
4. Write DAMAGED on the delivery receipt. * If the driver is uncooperative, do NOT sign the delivery
receipt. Write DAMAGED and refuse the product.
5. If you bought more than one product, only refuse the fully damaged unit.
6. Contact the retailer or TRINITY to arrange for a replacement.
7. If there is damage to the drawers, handles, or doors, you can accept the product. Contact
TRINITY, and we will replace those parts for you.
8. If the product is not damaged, sign the delivery receipt and enjoy your unit.

Stainless Steel Surfaces

  1. Clean surface stains as soon as possible. Surface stains can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and water or neutral detergent. Do not use strong alkaline or acidic cleaner.
  2. Rinse surfaces with clean water and dry the surface completely with a soft cloth to prevent corrosion and water marks.
  3. Wipe in the direction of the metal grain when cleaning or drying to help provide a uniformed look. A stainless steel cleaner may be used to remove stains and protect against scratches. They can also be used to polish surfaces.
  4. Read and follow the directions carefully and be sure to test the cleaner in an inconspicuous spot first.

Solid Wood Surfaces - Rubberwood / Bamboo / other solid wood with clear coated surface

  1. Clean surface stains as soon as possible. Surface stains can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and water or neutral detergent. A furniture cleaner may be used to remove stains and protect against scratches. They can also be used to polish surfaces.
  2. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
  3. Avoid excessive sun and heat exposure.
  4. Read and follow the directions carefully and be sure to test the cleaner in an inconspicuous spot first. The surface can be conditioned with food-grade mineral oil.

Knotty Adler Wood Surfaces

  1. Mix 1/4 cup of dishwashing soap and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil with a bucket of warm water. This is an excellent home-made substitute for commercial wood-cleaning products, as the soap is mild enough not to harm the wood, and the vegetable oil will polish the wood.
  2. Wipe the stained wood area to be cleaned with a dry, clean cloth to ensure the surface is free of dust and loose dirt.
  3. Apply the oil/soap solution to the stained wood surface with a clean sponge. Use only a small amount of the solution.
  4. Rinse the sponge with clean water and wipe the stained wood surface with the wet sponge to remove any excess soapy residue.
  5. Buff the stained wood dry with a clean, dry cloth. This will remove excess water and polish the wood to a clean, streak-free shine.

Reclaimed Wood Surfaces

  1. Add a small amount of gentle soap to a bucket of warm water.
  2. Apply the soap solution to the reclaimed wood with a clean cloth.
  3. With a second clean cloth, rinse the soap solution with fresh water
  4. If there are tricky areas that have crumbs, dust or other buildup stuck in them, use a soft brush to remove them.

MDF Board w/ Laminated Surfaces - Found in most TRINITY shoe benches

  1. Remove dust with a dry cloth.
  2. Clean surface stains as soon as possible. Surface stains can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and warm water or neutral detergent.
  3. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Do not let any water seep into the edges of the surfaces or the board may blister.
  4. Avoid sharp objects to prevent cutting of laminated surface.

Powder-Coated Finish - Anthracite®, black, dark bronze, gray, epoxy, etc.

  1. Clean surface stains as soon as possible. Surface stains can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and warm water or neutral detergent. Do not use strong alkaline or acidic cleaner.
  2. Rinse thoroughly with water and wipe dry with cloth.
  3. Avoid sharp and high temperature objects on the surface.

EcoStorage® / Chrome Finish

  1. Clean surface stains as soon as possible. Surface stains can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and warm water or neutral detergent. Do not use strong alkaline or acidic cleaner.
  2. Rinse thoroughly with water and wipe dry with cloth.
  3. Avoid sharp and high temperature objects on the surface

Polystyrene (PS) / Polypropylene (PP) / other plastics (PE/ABS etc)

  1. Surface stains can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and warm water or neutral detergent.
  2. Wipe dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
  3. Do not use abrasive materials for cleaning.

PRO Garage Cabinet Handles

  1. Clean surface stains as soon as possible. Surface stains can be wiped clean with a soft cloth and water or neutral detergent. Do not use strong alkaline or acidic cleaner.
  2. Do not use scrubbing powder, wire brush, steel wool or other harsh abrasive materials for cleaning.
  3. Keep away from open flame and high temperature heat source.

Workbench Handles - for drawer pulls, and door handles
