      "I bought this over some other brands to save all the hassle of assembly and also because there were very few complaints about shipping damage with Trinity. The fact that Trinity was very responsive to people who may have had damage was a plus also. The 11 piece system will serve my needs well in a new 50x60 shop building on our farm. First off, shipping was great. It only took about 7 days to get here and the packaging was phenomenal! I have never seen such great packaging in any product. It came on 3 pallets and the driver was very helpful. They were easy to move around with a utility tractor and pallet forks since it was broken up on the 3 pallets so nothing was over 550 lbs. Assembly only consists of screwing on the adjustable feet and putting the shelves in. The discount when we bought this was a great deal. I can see why the ratings are so high.
