      Trinity has it figured out. I bought two of these wire shelving units but was a little concerned that since they were heavy they may not make it from CA to the Midwest without damage. Ha! They made it fine! They were expertly packed and protected. All the parts were secured in bags and attached to the shelves with zip ties. The instructions were clear and spot-on. The shelves are really sturdy and look great in my laundry room. Each part was perfect and the units were easy to assemble. I'm in my mid-60's and I actually enjoyed putting them together while watching a movie. Well done, Trinity!

      "I ordered 3 other wire shelving units from different brands and I must say that this unit from Trinity is the best out of all of them. It is a beefy unit and the others are so wimpy compared to it. Everything went together effortlessly and every part was really good quality. The box came with some damage on the outside but because they double boxed it it survived just fine. I can't sing the praises high enough on this rack. It's the black one in the middle of picture.

      "This wire rollling shelving unit is perfect for storage at my office. It comes with 3 shelves and two baskets, which can be configured however you like. I put the baskets towards the bottom for easier access. Extra hardware gives you the option to create two shelving units instead of one, if you like (one shelf with wheels and one stationary, with adjustable feet). Assembly was pretty easy. The only tool needed is a small wrench, which is included. The plastic cuffs that go around the poles seemed filmsy at first since the two pieces don't completely join, but they worked fine once the shelf was pushed in place and pressure-fitted. The instructions point out that the gap in the two halves of the cuffs is normal. I haven't filled the wire shelving with all my stuff yet, but I feel confident it will hold up well. The unit is surprisingly sturdy and well-balanced, and rolling it across commercial carpet is easy. Two of the wheels have brakes on them, in case you're worried about the shelving unit rolling off (such as on uneven concrete). Very pleased! Looking forward to using this shelving cart a long time.
