      "The finished product is very serviceable and of reasonably high quality. It showed up on a damaged wood pallet but the contents were undamaged because of the enormous amount of styrofoam and cardboard packaging. Dismantling and disposing the pallet and packaging was a chore and added expense. Assembling the cabinet set with something like 100 screws was challenging and rewarding - the online instruction videos were great. My only complaint during assembly was a few of the bolt/screw holes were virtually inaccessible to a human sized hand and screw driver" - Review posted on Costco.com

      "Once it Costco.com Cust. svc and Trinity agreed to trade out damaged pieces for good ones, instead of returning the WHOLE set of cabinets, our problems were resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Do not waste time going to a Costco.com store to get resolution for things like this that are purchased online. Costco.com online customer care and Trinity customer service were very responsive in driving resolution. it helps to send pictures, sku numbers and description of damaged pieces (e.g. Item C-bottom piece of cabinet) I truly think Trinity needs to find another shipping service, its unbelievable how damaged one of our cabinets were" - Review posted on Costco.com

      "This is serious utility furniture. Very sturdy (heavy) and stable. Drawers sliders are very good quality and work fine when filled with heavy tools. Assembly of cabinets needed a few adjustments to lineup doors properly. Follow directions from the start to make sure all panels line up properly. Bottom line, very happy with product. Use it daily. Delivery is complicated but with good coordination with delivery company, it goes very well. My experience was excellent including time needed in accessing for potential shipping damage.       "We purchased this set from Costco.com, plus a number of individual pieces directly from the manufacturer. They were packed really well (almost too well--we were recycling cardboard, and disposing of styrofoam packaging for weeks afterwards). One piece came missing some hardware, and a quick call to the manufacturer had the missing parts to us within days.
