      I originally ordered two of these 2-packs from a warehouse club. When the package carrier botched the delivery and returned the items to Trinity, the only option offered by the warehouse club and the carrier was unable or unwilling to do anything. Fortunately, I contacted Trinity directly and Myra solve the problem by shipping the rack to me from a closer location and they arrived the next day. Excellent service!
