      Decent quality sheet metal and paint. Bins are on the thinner side but work just fine. Only took about 30 minutes to assemble the frame.

      This is the best rolling bin rack I've found. It holds A TON of stuff. Instead of digging through a box of tiny parts, things are now organized and much easier to find. The wheels roll very smoothly making it easy to move around depending on our project.
