      "We bought this in Natural, which is actually all bamboo, and we're very happy with the appearance. The quality is top-notch - all the components are well-finished and substantial. Assembly using the BILT app was a breeze - I wish all furniture assembly instructions were done that way! Unfortunately, we hit a snag when one of the two handles on the sides of the cart arrived broken. I called the customer service number, left a message, and got a return call a little while later. Customer service was friendly and helpful, and they provided clear instructions on how to report the broken part. A replacement arrived within a few days via FedEx, and was exactly what we needed.       "Beautiful color and even sturdier than I expected. Wipes clean easy with a damp cloth. Heavy box, but only because of the quality. Came with one very small chip in a drawer, and was difficult for one person to assemble (I suggest a partner if possible!) Overall I'm very pleased -- worth the money.
