I inherited my father’s Trinity 48” 10 Drawer TLS Toolbox and needed a set of replacement keys. I was happy to see that Trinity offered the correct replacements for this model toolbox via their website. The ordering process was easy and the replacement keys I received work perfectly with this 8 to 10 year old toolbox. This was a five star transaction.
I first took the toolbox to a locksmith to see if they could help. The locksmith looked up the company name, and tried to find a key that matched the number on the lock. Two locksmiths at the same store. Send a total of one hour trying to pick the lock, but we’re unsuccessful. They suggested I contact the company and see if they could help me. I went online, found Trinity and then emailed them. I was very surprised to get a response within minutes Stating they would send me keys for that particular lock. The whole process through email was less than 30 minutes and I had a tracking number. I received the keys within two days. Problem solved. I would term this as exceptional customer service!

Ordered new set of keys ,sent wrong #keys called and sent new ones they were correct # but didn’t work ,very quick service but my box is 8 to 10 yrs old prob changed since then Thanks Mark - We have since added a clarification on the product page that recommends contacting our customer service team and send a photo of your item to ensure these keys are compatible; particularly important with older models.

Inherited a Trinity 72" 8-drawer rolling workbench from a friend. Oddly, the top center key (for the 8-drawers, 4 on the right and 4 on the left) was keyed differently than the door key for the two doors in the middle (do not know if this was an original QC issue that was missed or if they were changed at my friends workshop over 9-years). Regardless, called and asked Judy if I could get replacement keys per the number on the lock, she told me absolutely. Ordered the keys after the call and they were FedEx'ed to me 2-days later.
