Replacement keys
Inherited a Trinity 72" 8-drawer rolling workbench from a friend. Oddly, the top center key (for the 8-drawers, 4 on the right and 4 on the left) was keyed differently than the door key for the two doors in the middle (do not know if this was an original QC issue that was missed or if they were changed at my friends workshop over 9-years). Regardless, called and asked Judy if I could get replacement keys per the number on the lock, she told me absolutely. Ordered the keys after the call and they were FedEx'ed to me 2-days later. Very happy with both the service and support. And thank you for said service and support.
