Excellent Except for Plastic Slip Sleeves That Hold Shelves at Selected Height
The racks themselves are very solid, as are the casters. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5-star rating is the fact that the “slip sleeves” for setting the shelf heights are made of plastic. Replacements are $9.99 per shelf. I would think shelves this heavily made would have a much more robust way of holding the shelves in place. Hopefully the plastic sleeves last longer than I’m afraid they might.

The design of the storage rack is excellent, however the quality control in manufacturing is a bit under par.
I own a total of 3 racks and one of them on a previous purchase with a caster that won’t screw all the way into the bottom pole (about an 1/8 gap). I managed to make it fit by shortening the threaded portion of the wheel.
