Easy to assemble, very sturdy.
Out of 4 units I bought, one pole had the coupling unit stuck cross-thread. I called the mfr’s 800 number and they offered to send a replacement, but first told me to bang on the threads with a hammer to free the coupler – it worked! Very happy with this shelving and this manufacturer.

Very sturdy.
Wasn't difficult to put together once you figured it out. I have an older one that I was given and it must be 15-20 years old. The wheels on this one are upgraded and much sturdier.
